Team Building in Ampefy, December 06 – 08, 2010
“Tell me and I'll forget, show me and I may remember, involve me and I'll understand”
During these 3 days, we had the opportunity to improve our relationship at work so as to work better and reach our goals together in a harmonious way.
The team building focused on three main points which are inclusion, control and production.
In an effort to involve each participant, the inclusion section consisted of pointing out participants' strengths and weaknesses. Then the next day we had the control section comprising the MBTI test, performance issue analysis and expectations.
In the production section, the last day, each participant had the opportunity to make a plan for his personal and professional development. We also developed our capacity to communicate to others.
To conclude, the team building was a successful. We want to thank the ADRA Madagascar's board members and management team for preparing it for this year.
