Annual Meetings in Ambositra
After many long days and countless hours of preparation, ADRA Madagascar hosted the annual consortium meetings in Ambositra this past week, October 4-8. ADRA is fighting against food insecurity with Project SALOHI, a five year project funded by USAID in collaboration with three other organizations: CARE, Catholic Relief Services (CRS), and Land O’Lakes (LOL). Representatives from each organization, totaling around 140 people, attended this meeting. It was a time to share success stories, lessons learned, reports, and strategize how to move forward meeting the project’s objectives in year three. As a result of the work done this past year, ADRA received 70% of the awards and certificates handed out. Nevertheless, there is still much to do and many exciting things are ahead for SALOHI and the people of Madagascar!
